Every injector is cleaned and flow tested on specialized ASNU injector diagnostic equipment. Flow is recorded before and after cleaning, so the results show what the service changed, not just the final number. Every service also includes new seals and O‑rings.
Every flow sheet lists each injector by serial number with its measured flow rate, offset (dead time) and set variance, along with notes on what we found during cleaning. It gives you and your tuner a clear baseline before the next tune.
Running Alpha injectors? Under our warranty terms, any cleaning, flow testing or reverse flushing must be performed on an approved ASNU GDI machine.
What to know before you ship.
How is the service priced?
$25 per injector. Select the set size that matches the injectors from one engine, then set the quantity to the number of sets you are sending. For example, 24 injectors is a set of 8 with a quantity of 3. There is no limit on how many injectors you can send.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 days from the time your injectors arrive. Return shipping time is additional.
What is included with the service?
Your injectors are returned cleaned and fitted with new seals and O‑rings, along with an ASNU flow sheet showing before and after flow results, offset and set variance.
How should I package my injectors?
Pack your injectors dried and wiped clean, along with the printed service form.
