After purchasing this service, you are responsible for shipping your fuel injectors to:

Turnaround Time:

• Standard: 1–3 business days (Flow sheet included)
  

• Cleaning + modification: 2-10 business days (Flow sheet included)

Cleaning Service

• Complete injector service includes external and internal cleaning with an internal inspection.

• High-pressure flow testing is performed to confirm injector performance.

• All injectors receive new O-rings and Ai-Lower Beryllium seals (included at no additional cost).

• Detailed flow sheet included. Email/Print out.

If any injectors are found too far out of spec, they will be replaced and flow-matched to the rest of the set. Additional cost required if applicable.

Cleaning + Modification Service

• Cleaning is required prior to modification. 

• Modification service provides a 14–20% increase in flow output.

• This service requires a high quantity of OEM cores (only OEM cores are acceptable).

• The injectors you send in will be utilized as cores and replaced with OEM +14–20% upgraded cores. 

• Flow matched within 1-1.5% dynamic variance.

• Flow sheets will be included before and after modification for comparison and tuning.

• Upgraded HPFP is required before selecting this service to ensure proper pressure support.

• OEM cores continue to flow at 2000+ PSI. (Commonly asked)

• Ai-Lower Beryllium Seals Included – provided complementary with the service.
